At this time and age, people would have probably told you to take slimming pills or go for liposuction to lose weight but to be honest, the best way How to really lose weight forever is to exercise and make sure you have a healthy diet.
When you exercise, you need to make sure you exercise for at least 30 minutes or more because lesser than that won’t really do any difference except burn a little fat but I doubt you want to burn a little fat. Everyone would want to burn more than ‘a little’. Hence, make sure you exercise for 30 minutes. To burn even more fats, run everyday. Running everyday would benefit you of two things, one) you will lose weight a bit faster than people who run twice a week. Two) your body would get use to the running more making you able to run for a much longer time – meaning, your stamina and limit keeps lengthening because of the everyday exercises. However, if you don’t wish to run/jog, you could always hit the gym. There is more equipment there that is made to specifically make one part of our body smaller, like if you want to lose your stomach fats, there is the mats to use to do sit ups. Do take note that even just walking from a certain place to another or taking the stairs instead of the elevator can also help you lose weight/fats.
Exercising isn’t everything. Even if you exercise but you still eat a huge amount of food, then you probably won’t lose weight. The reason is because the fats you lost will be gained again after eating. Do remember that you don’t really need to eat a lot; the reason why you think you need to eat a lot is because of the fact that you don’t feel full. The reason why you don’t feel full even though you ate one plate is because you didn’t chew your food well. You have to chew your food properly for your stomach to know that you’re full. Do remember that you don’t really need to eat until you feel full. A plate is enough for the meal.
Try to be on a healthy diet as well, not on a starvation diet. A starvation diet will give you health problems since your body is lacking in certain nutrients and this type of diet will make you want to eat more than you should. Hence, don’t do starvation diets because it won’t work – a healthier diet and regular exercise is the way to lose weight.
