Swine Flu
Well, Winter is almost here, and guess what, it’s also flu season, which of course includes the newest of them all, the swine flu. H1N1 influenza will cause at least 90,000 deaths in the United States, according to some studies. Here are some tips to help prevent the spread.
1) When you are sick, stay away from public places so that you can prevent spreading it to other people.
2) Wash your hands regularly and use hand sanitizer if washing isn’t possible.
3) Always cover your sneezes with either your elbow or a tissue.
