Fencing Your Away to a Healthy Life
Do you like to sword-fight? Ever heard of something called fencing? It’s an old European style of sword fighting that’s very safe and fun, and it’s good way to lose weight. Fencing involves two people who use specialized swords to fend one another. Sounds pretty dangerous, doesn’t it? Well, not so. You get to wear a protective suit that the specialized sword cannot penetrate. As you move about in a specified area, you try to pin your opponent with the swiftest and deadliest (supposedly) attacks. And As you enjoy the ‘fight’ and learn more about the customs, your body will enjoy losing the many flabs of fat stuck to it. And, even if you’re not obese or overweight, fencing is a good way to keep a healthful lifestyle. Exercise is necessary for all people, not just the obese or overweight. However, not many people like to exercise, because, honestly, sometimes it can be very mundane, tedious, and even reptititive, so try something new!
