If health, convenience, and taste top your priority list when choosing a food, Subway is a great choice that offers lots of varieties. Other fast, convenient, tasty foods these days tend to make you overweight and obese. Further, the deals offered at Subway are unbeatable. Five dollars for a foot long. Isn’t that great? I think so. The question of eating to lose weight is very subjective. Everybody has a different perspective on it. However, anyone can agree that if a food is high in satiety value and low in calorie, it’s a healthy choice.
