Today, I have one more suggestion for you. Weight Training. It can help you increase lean muscle mass, which can lead to boosting your body’s metabolic rate that should make your body leaner. It can increase bone mineral density and decrease osteoporosis. It can increase overall body strength, balance and reduce chance of injury. It improves one’s overall mood, body image, self-esteem, sense of well being as well as sleep and energy levels. Furthermore, it can also improve many health issues like hypertension (blood pressure), high cholesterol levels, diabetes and many other sicknesses. Thus, overall, weight training, if done properly, should be a good choice.
