Fight Club

This is part 3 of our ongoing series “Four Resolutions to Fight the Flab.”

Another way to lose weight one can consider is fighting. Think of Street Fighter or Fight Club style. Brutish and violent. But, it’s still a great way to stay in shape and release some tension. There are numerous kickboxing, martial arts, and related studios pretty much everywhere and they are a great way to start practicing. There are many resources online in terms of instruction as well as videos that can help you practice your martial arts.
For more information, I would check out the studios in your area. Try to find a good “master” and you will be enlightened with the best martial arts, a way to fight the flab and most importantly good health.
